4. If you have website on blogger with free domain name then your website should be older then 6 month. But if have buyed domain name for blogger then that domain name should be older then 3-4 week. Then after that you can submit your blogger website url with Google Adsence for Google Adsence approval.

website articles on Google Search, and also submit your website sitemap
on Google Search Console.
6.Don't
copy articles from other website. And also don't copy images from other
website. Use images from that sites which allow you to download for
free.
7. For betterment try to buy cheap domain name for your blogger.
8. And main things is that you should have to add pages, like 'About us' , 'Disclaimer', 'DMCA', 'Privacy Policy', 'Contact us' .
9. If you want to use Google Adsence ads then you should have to write articles in that languages that are supported by Google Adsence. For to know languages that are unsupported by Google Adsence for that search on Google "Unsupported languages by google adsence" you will get the result.
10. After lot of hard work but also if you are not getting Adsence approval then you should go with other ads networks.
