This is most common issues that every new publishers they get. And rejection is the common issues. And there are many reasons to get rejection of your website by Google Adsence. Google is very strict. And they give rejects to some of the website which doesn't follow the Adsence policies. And if you want to use Adsence Ads on your website then your website should be all time best in the front of the Google Adsence.

In fact, Adsence give approval on both blogger, and wordpress. Google self says that there should be high quality articles. And Google never says that you should have 100 or 1,000 traffic daily. 1. I think you have only few contents. To get Adsence Approval you should have to upload more then 30 posts for best result. After uploading 30 posts then again you can submit your sites.

2. I think you sites are not showing on Google search. You can check whether your website are showing on Google or not check in this way, site:https://mywebsite.com/. And if you want to check whether articles indexed or not then use this method , site:link of your articles.

3. Write articles by yourself, never copy articles from other sites.

4. Add pages like 'Contact us' , 'Privacy policy' , 'DMCA' , 'Disclaimer'. And this step is mandatory to add on your website.

5. Use light weight template, and proper customization is mandatory.

6. Write articles with more then 500 words. If you write articles under 80-50 words then you will get reject your website by Google Adsence with this reason "thin contents". 

7. After submitting your website you should have to regularly  upload post to make trust to Google Adsence that you are regular in blogging. If you don't follow this step then Adsence will reject your website.

8. You should have to write high quality articles in order to get approve. Other wise you will get reject with this reason "low value contents".

 9. If you have downloading website then also you will get rejection.
