But on blogger you get limited hosting, but it is enough for beginners.  You get everything for free for lifetimes. Because blogger is the product of Google.  But you don't have full control on your blogger website,because if you violate blogger policy then you blogger website may get removed by Google.

2. Wordpress: Wordpress is not free. You have to invest money a lot. But better result or performance you get on Wordpress. If you create your website on Wordpress then your articles or posts will easily rank on Google. But on wordpress you have full control. 

If you are a beginners and if you don't have any kind of blogging ideas then you should create website on blogger. And if you have blogging knowledge and if you want to earn money by investing then you should go with wordpress. Because as compare to blogger on wordpress you can earn more money.

Write the articles on that topics or niches that you have good knowledge and can able to write high quality articles on it. I hope that you have good knowledge on some fields.

 But it is not easy to get Google Adsence approval. For to get approval you should have to write high quality articles. And you should publish articles everyday, and never ever try to copy articles from other websites.
